As I stated on the home page there is a lot of information available for anyone who wants to know more about M.E. It is just a case of knowing what and where to look for it.
On this page I hope to be able to point you in the right direction of some of the reading material that is available, either from your local library, bookshop or on-line book store. Though this is not in anyway a definitive list, there are books I have read and now can't find, or just simply do not remember the title of, it will at least give you a starting point.
If you know of a good book about M.E. that you think would be beneficial to people with M.E. and you would like to see included here, please forward me the following details:
A short summery of the book, in your own words, try and keep it below fifty words if at all possible. The book title, the author and the ISBN ********
You will find an e-mail facility to contact me on the contact page

Link To Life M.E.

Kevin Mulhern

ISBN

1852839104

A good book to read, even if your only interest is to find out how M.E. affects different people in different ways. Here you will find the stories of six people from different walks of life, and how they have come to live and deal with M.E.
Definitely a good book for the M.E. sufferer who knows nothing about the illness, it is in some way reassuring to know that you are not alone and that there are others feeling exactly as you do.

Living with M.E.

Dr Charles Shepherd

ISBN

0091816793

The author is a doctor with ME. He provides practical suggestions on living with it, scientific research details, and looks at alternative medicine with a scientific, but not dismissive approach. He treats his readers as adults and has evidently thought really hard about his subject. It just is the best.

With thanks to Angela Hull for the information.
