The one thing that you should be noticing by now is that there are a good few web sites out there to find. Another type of link you will find here is for "News groups", for the uninitiated (there are some) these are groups where you can find like-minded souls and keep in touch with them. They are not "Chat Rooms" that is something different altogether and is not a thing I will be covering here.
The best way to access News groups is with some sort of News reader program, if you are using Windows™ you will probably have Outlook Express on your system which you can use to access News groups, and at best it is adequate (my opinion). I prefer to use a dedicated News reader to do this task for me, there are a few to be found on the web. I personally use XNews and find it suits my needs perfectly. You can get it by clicking on the link.

MEGA Young People With M.E.

MEGA is run for and by people below the age of 26 who have M.E.
This unfortunately is more common than some people think and if you come under this age bracket I suggest you take a look. I am way past 26 years old but I had a look and recommend it.

M.E. Support

This is the very first M.E. web site I found, it's official title is M.E. Support in the Midlands. I don't come from the Midlands but at the time I was just glad to find a web site about M.E. and find I was not alone, I still go back every now and then to check it out. Don't worry if you don't come from the Midlands either, it's accessible to everyone.
One thing I did like very much at this site is it's coverage of a whole range of issues and reports. Very highly recommended.

CFIDS Report

The banner says it all really. News, comments, archives and hot topics are all covered at this site. Well worth a look. There is a lot of information to read here so make sure you are not having a brain fogged day.
